My background & lifestyle combined with a deep curiosity inspired me to become a yoga teacher. What I’ve found to be tried & true is the more time I spend on my mat, the more that yoga teaches me. My yoga mat has provided me with endless opportunities to discover different aspects of myself that I wasn’t aware of before. When I’m on my mat uniting my mind, body, & breath I flow through my practice; I step off my mat & flow through life. For this reason yoga has become one of my favorite moving meditations.
