I refer to myself as a flexitarian because I feel that certain circumstances call for different types of food. I’m flexible in the sense that when it comes to nutrition, I like to blend & bend different philosophies. I’m constantly learning about different points of views & constantly experimenting with different schools of thought. If there’s anything that’s fairly constant in my thinking it would be that my main goal is to build awareness of my own body by focusing on what it really needs at any given moment. Overtime, I have developed a subtle awareness that allows me to nourish my body with what’s right for it. The food page allows me to share my insights, recipes, and restaurant & product reviews!
